Summer Job for Students (approx. 8 weeks)

  • Systematic Recording and Categorization of Downtime Causes
  • Analysis of the Frequency, Duration, and Impact of Production Interruptions
  • Conducting evaluations and Pareto analyses
  • Identification of the Main Causes of Losses
  • Developing recommendations for reducing downtime
  • Assessment of the benefits, costs, and potential savings of the measures
  • Presentation of the findings and recommendations to management
