  • Recording and documenting existing production processes
  • Monitoring production lines and recording interruptions
  • Discussions with production staff and shift supervisors
  • Systematic Recording and Categorization of Downtime Causes
  • Analysis of the Frequency, Duration, and Impact of Production Interruptions
  • Conducting evaluations and Pareto analyses
  • Identification of the Main Causes of Losses
  • Developing recommendations for reducing downtime
  • Assessment of the benefits, costs, and potential savings of the measures
  • Presentation of the findings and recommendations to management

How you inspire us:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Interest in production processes and their optimization
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis
