With digital rack management, you can easily keep an eye on Flachglas Schweiz transport racks and quickly release empty racks for collection. Racks are clearly assigned and can be recorded digitally with their current status and location.
Access is via the web-based BISS.ID platform or on the go via the BISS.ID app. No additional software installation is required.

Release for collection without the app
Release racks directly via QR code
Would you like to report an empty transport rack for collection without installing the BISS.ID app? You can do this directly via the QR code on the rack.
First enable location sharing on your smartphone, then scan the QR code on the rack label. Using the web service that opens, you can release the rack directly for collection.
Transmitting the location supports clear rack assignment and makes it easier to organise collection.
Note: To release for collection, access to your location must be enabled in the browser.
1. Enable location
Activate your smartphone’s location services and allow the browser to access your current location.
2. Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code on the rack label. You can then release the rack directly for collection.
