Flachglas Schweiz companies with new owner
New owner, proven quality - nothing changes for you
FLACHGLAS Wernberg GmbH, as the previous owner of the Flachglas Schweiz operations, has decided to sell the shares in Flachglas (Schweiz) AG as a result of a strategic focus on the operations in Germany.
Since September 12, 2023, the new owner of Flachglas (Schweiz) AG and thus also of the two operating companies, Flachglas Wikon AG and Flachglas Thun AG, has been HSBH Holding AG, based in CH-6045 Meggen.
The sale of Flachglas Schweiz enables us as Flachglas Group to realize our strategic goals, to further strengthen the three remaining locations Wernberg, Luhe and Osterburg and to align them for the future.
Nothing will change for our Flachglas Group customers as a result of the sale.
